You can send job assignments via email to your assigned cleaner/team from 2 places:

• Scheduling
• Jobs

Here's how to do from Scheduling:

Click on 'Send job assignments'

Choose the date and the tech/team you want send assignments for. Then click on 'Click to search jobs':

Choose the jobs that you would like to send as assignments via email to your cleaner/team and click on 'Send assignments':

Done!

• *Learn how to assign jobs first before sending assignments out*
• Make sure your templates for customer notifications in Settings -> Templates are filled out as per your need!
