You can set up automated text message reminders and receipts in MMIO through our automation functionality.
For reminder and receipt text messages MMIO will send out the message to your customer based on your set up:
For text reminders you have 2 options:
- Before the job date (service date and arrival time)
- On the day (service date and arrival time)
For text receipts you have 2 options:
- On the day (service date and arrival time)
- After (service date and arrival time)
MMIO checks every hour for text messages that need to be sent that day based on the parameters
Example Scenario for Text Reminder:
A job is scheduled for March 22nd with an arrival time between 10:00am - 11:00am
Text message reminders set to be sent out 1 day "Before the job date":
Your customer will receive the reminder on March 21st at 10:00am
Example Scenario for Text Receipt:
A job is scheduled for March 22nd with an arrival time between 8:00am - 9:00am
Text message reminders set to be sent out 1 day "After":
Your customer will receive the text receipt on March 23rd at 8:00am
