How to toggle tech visibility to customer emails & phone numbers

You can turn off the ability for techs to see customer's emails and phone numbers through the tech's profile.

The permission is tech-specific and can be controlled on the profile of the tech.

You can find the switch called 'Show customer phone numbers and emails' on the technician's profile:

  • When switched to 'No' Maidily will hide all customer emails and phone numbers from the technician both on the mobile application and on our web-based application
  • When switched to 'Yes' Maidily will show all customer emails and phone numbers from the technician both on the mobile application and on our web-based application
